Very comfy beds, really clean, good aircon, nice balcony!

The swimming pool was very sharp where tiles have broken.

Rooms were big and spacious and clean. A big pool, nice small gym. It’s next to a supermarket and is a few minutes walk to hawker style restaurants. About 15-20 minutes to the main Chaweng bars and restaurants. This is good though as it means its a little more chilled and quieter.

Good big Hotel & friendly staff. “Huge” room & bathroom cleaned daily + free toiletries & 2 bottles of water. Comfortable King size bed, + nice quiet sleeps.. Large fridge/freezer, Kettle + cups. Nice balcony + a wooden clothes dryer. Very good Air con. Flat screen Tv & many channels + some English movies + news channels. Good wifi. Hot shower. Pool view. “Free” good sized Gym on ground floor that has just opened with all brand new quality gym equipment ???? Hotel has a big pool, + outdoor showers/ toilet, + sun beds. Next door is a large supermarket, and outside the hotel are many self service Laundrette’s with washing machines/dryers with good prices. For cheapest priced tours + ferry transfers + excursions/ boat trips etc is “Samui Twin 2 Tour and Travel” @ 28/9 Chaweng beach road (genuinely lovely Thai lady called “Kan”). which is 5 mins easy walk from PTK hotel. 5 min’s easy walk to huge sandy Chaweng beach. ️️️ We will stay here again

The hotel is a very comfortable place! Big rooms cleaned everyday along with free water! Nice big pool to use, was a very pleasant experience!

Not the hotels fault but staying in the Chaweng area was a little disappointing! Thought it was the place to stay in Samui and found other places better but maybe that’s just me

Kettle in room and fridge very handy. Big room and big bathroom. Very clean. Fresh towels and water daily. Cleaners came in daily to make the bed and tidy round. Nice balcony. Good shower. Shop next door very cheap.

The pool I think was a bit unclean as it turned my necklace and bikini a slimey red colour. Far walk from the beach. Friend was woken up by echos on corridors a couple of times. No tea bags. Fan noisy on balcony. No induction or instructions on arrival- didn’t know how the TV worked, no wifi given, wasn’t told about check out, wasn’t told what number to call down for reception. Bit of a walk for food and tourist facilities. Overall these were small issues and we had a brilliant stay

Big room, great pool and gym, clean

This hotel is amazing value for money. The room itself is massive. The bed is comfortable. The room is cleaned everyday if you like with new towels, coffee sachets,toiletries and bottled water provided everyday. The room has both a kettle and fridge which comes in very useful. The balcony is nice also quite big with chairs provided with nice views of Chaweng. The pool is massive and has lots of sunloungers with umbrellas. The location is good, it’s very close to the beach and only a 5 min walk to the Main Street. There are very cheap markets nearby which have massive meals for only 50baht. Both family mart and 7-11 are very close by. The staff are helpful and nice especially the housekeeping girls. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. We extended our stay by an extra 6 days we loved it so much.

500 Baht for deposit and there are a lot of cats on the hotels premises I personally just don’t like cats

The staff were amazing. The room was fantastic and location in easy reach of Chewang beach and Koh Samui Strip. Apart from a bit of wet weather we had a great stay! Thank you

The gym could be much better as the equipment was very dated and some broken. Overall though a lovely place to stay

Everything! Huge room / unusually huge bed(could fit 4-5 people) / big fridge+freezer / kettle / coffee satchets on table / big comfortable balcony / big spacious bathroom with strong water pressure and endless hot water / nice quality toiletries / towels changed every day and room cleaned / fantastic huge exotic swimming pool with lush green tropical plants and relaxing chairs all around pool / gym (didn't use). Loved this place! What could you ask for more for this price. It's more than just 'value for money'. It's almost like being in a 5 star hotel(in terms of having everything you need) minus the price. and Luxury I guess..

*Maybe just the light-blue coloured walls in the room.. they could have chosen a brighter cosier color. But this is minor..

The location of the hotel was minutes walk to the beach. The staff was always smiling and ready to offer help. The gym was okey even though the equipments were old. But they are usable.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfy.

The swimming pool is probably nice but was under construction for the duration of our stay without any prior notice from the hotel. The WiFi was not working for 2 out of our 3 nights stay.

The wifi stopped working completely twice during my stay of two days. It was down for a while. When it worked it was also quite bad and slow. The elevator stopped working one day, The cleaner didn't clean the coffe muggs, she just put water in them and put them back on the plates (It was clear to see since there was still old coffe marks in the coffe mugs with a little water inside, as well as around on the plate). They didn't put new powder coffe bags in the roomso I had to go ask for it in the reception and then go up to the cleaning lady to get more, instead of they delivering it at my room. Cleaner also didn't clean the room properly, as she leaves trash on the table instead of cleaning it up. Aircondition is very strange and hard to understand as it is a controlpanel on the wall with no signs of how to use it. The staff couldn't show me how it worked before hours later after I asked. One of the lady's in the reception always had a smurk on her face when I was trying to tell her/them about something that was wrong. The bathroom had a smell of humidity. The reception and the cleaning lady is asking if you check out in an unpleasant way about an hour before check out time. The reception lady's also stares at you obviously and talk to each other while laughing. I don't think this place was worth the money. It was not too comfortabel to stay here and I belive for that the same price you can get other nicer rooms to stay in elsewhere.

Initially the location seemed a bit out of the way as we were dropped off in darkness. However, a stroll in daylight revealed we were only 8 mins walk away from a series of restaurants and 10 mins from the beach, albeit some of it lacked a pavement . The staff were pleasant enough, rooms quite spacious with a selection of TV channels and the large swimming pool very good. Oh, and drinks available from a fridge in reception at very reasonable prices.

Wanted payment up front as soon as we checked in even though payment was guaranteed via credit card. Also a 500 baht deposit on rooms. No safe in rooms - you need to use a locker in reception so we didn't bother.

Gym is decent. Didn't see the pool as it was raining. Rooms super clean and much more spacious than expected. Super for the price we paid.

Slightly far out from the main street where all the markets are and the beach.
